Artificial Wedding Arch Flowers: Plan a Bulk Flower Order

FSARCAN Team ·

Hand holding a light-pink five-bloom artificial rose bouquet, FSARCAN reference FA-001

How many artificial flowers do you need for a wedding arch? There is no reliable number based on the arch's height alone. First decide which parts of the frame will carry flowers, build and photograph one representative section with the actual products, and count the complete bouquets and branches in that approved section. Repeat the section only where the design truly repeats. Keep the frame, attachment materials and any installation service on separate lines. FSARCAN's current catalogue offers flower and foliage references for enquiry; it does not list a ready-assembled wedding arch.

Define the decorated area before counting flowers

An arch can have one corner cluster, two unequal side clusters, or flowers along most of its visible outline. These are different buying jobs even when the frames share the same width and height. Send the supplier a front-view sketch or photo with the parts to be decorated marked on it. Record the dimensions of those areas, the intended viewing sides, and whether the design must look complete in close-up photographs as well as from the guest seating.

Design decision What to record Why it changes the flower list
Coverage One cluster, two clusters or a continuous decorated path Only repeated sections can use the same product recipe.
Viewing angle Front only, both sides, or all around Visible backs and gaps may require a different mockup.
Depth Distance between flowers, frame and backdrop A flat photograph does not show the finished side profile.
Installation Frame type, permitted fixing points and venue restrictions The event team must confirm what can be secured and supported.

Ask the venue or a qualified installer to approve the frame, attachment method and any load, wind or fire-related constraints. A flower supplier's product photograph does not establish that a particular installation is safe or permitted.

Choose products by selling unit and visual role

These are current FSARCAN catalogue references checked on 8 October 2026. They are options to test in an event team's mockup, not a pre-designed arch kit. Product status alone does not confirm immediate availability, and colors, quantities, samples, packing and freight must be confirmed in a quotation.

Reference Listed format Mockup question
FA-001 Five-bloom artificial rose bouquet; real-touch finish label Will the complete bouquet fit the intended cluster after shaping?
FA-072 Rose leaf branch; listed total length 88 cm and foliage section 50 cm Does the branch cover the exposed mechanics from the required viewing angles?
FA-043 Nine-bloom Phalaenopsis orchid; listed length 98 cm and PVC finish label Can its full curve be used in the proposed design without forcing it into the wrong shape?

Five blooms on FA-001 describe the bouquet, not five separately purchased bouquets. Likewise, the listed length of FA-072 does not tell you how much of an arch it will cover once shaped. Order calculations should use the quoted product unit and the actual result of the mockup.

Green artificial rose leaf branch, catalogue reference FA-072
FA-072 is a foliage product reference. Test it on the chosen frame before using its listed length to plan coverage.

Build one section and calculate the complete units

Make a trial section using the same frame or attachment surface planned for the event. Photograph it from the aisle, the ceremony seats and the camera position. Note its finished width, height and depth after shaping, then record every complete selling unit used. Do not scale an untested flat-lay photo into a full arch order.

For example, suppose an event team approves four genuinely identical sections. Each approved section uses one complete FA-001 bouquet and two complete FA-072 branches. The starting flower list is four FA-001 bouquet units and eight FA-072 branch units. This arithmetic is an illustration, not a claim that those products will cover a particular length of frame. If one top corner needs a different shape, test and count it as a separate section.

Keep the final bill of materials beside photographs of the approved section. Split quantities by reference and color. Add any spare units according to your own handling, transport and replacement plan rather than applying a universal percentage. The centerpiece planning guide uses the same unit-count principle for tables, but table and arch quantities should not be mixed.

Approve the visible result and the packed result

Compare samples under the lighting expected at the venue. Inspect petal edges, color, branch shape and the joins that guests or cameras may see. Photograph the front and sides after the event team attaches the products, not only while they are held in a hand. Use the sample approval checklist to record the exact reference and color selected.

Next, ask how the quoted units will be packed and whether they can be reshaped after unpacking. Keep flower products, foliage, frame, fixings and labor as separate quote lines. Tell FSARCAN the delivery country, required arrival date and proposed quantity, then ask for current packing, production and freight terms in writing. Do not assume that the pictured flowers arrive assembled on a frame.

Send an arch-flower enquiry that can be quoted

We are planning flowers for one wedding ceremony arch, not a ready-made arch kit. We will send the frame dimensions, a marked front-view image, the viewing angles and our approved sample-section photos. Our starting flower list is four complete FA-001 bouquet units and eight complete FA-072 branches, split by the colors shown in the attachment. Please confirm what each sales unit contains, suitable current colors or alternatives, sample options, packing, production timing and freight terms to our destination by our required date. Please identify anything you cannot supply, including the frame, fixings or assembly.

If you have only an inspiration image, mark which flower type, color, shape and finished scale matter most, and ask whether a similar current product can be sourced. A photograph is a specification aid, not proof that the exact pictured item is available. The quote-request guide explains what else to include. Send project details through the contact page; use the email or WhatsApp option shown there for reference images, since the web form does not accept attachments.
