Artificial Baby's Breath Stems: Specify a Wholesale Order
FSARCAN Team ·

How do you specify artificial baby's breath stems for a wholesale quote? Give the supplier a product reference, colour, intended use, quantity in complete sales units and destination. Do not count the little flower clusters in a photograph as separate stems or assume that a pictured group equals one pack. Compare the listed total length with the part of the branch you actually plan to show, then approve a sample section before estimating a larger order.
Start with the reference, not the white-flower photograph
FSARCAN currently lists two artificial baby's breath references for enquiry. Both product pages say injection-molded plastic, but their dimensions and colour options differ. These details were checked on 8 October 2026; active catalogue status is not a guarantee of immediate stock.
| Reference | Listed specification | What to confirm in a sample |
|---|---|---|
| FA-064 | Total length 100 cm; listed foliage section 58 cm; Dark Green, White or Green variants | How much of the flowering branch remains visible after placement and shaping? |
| FA-065 | Total length 60 cm; White / Green Stem and White / Autumn Stem are among the listed variants | Does the selected stem colour work with the adjacent flowers and display surface? |
The 100 cm FA-064 measurement is the total length; its listed foliage section is 58 cm. It would be misleading to treat 100 cm as the visible flowering area. FA-065 lists a total length of 60 cm but does not give a flowering-section measurement. Ask for that detail if it determines your design. Neither listing specifies a reliable flower-cluster count for coverage calculations.
Choose the look and visible area before counting stems
For a low arrangement, check how much stem can be hidden by the container. For a raised or hanging design, check the branch silhouette from the actual viewing angles. Place the chosen reference with the other flowers and foliage that will be used. Photograph a measured trial section from both near and normal viewing distance, and record the number of complete quoted units used to build it.
If four identical trial sections are approved and each uses three complete units of the same reference, the starting list is twelve units of that reference. This is only unit arithmetic, not a claim that twelve FA-064 or FA-065 stems will fill a particular table, wall or arch. If one section needs a different shape, count it separately. The centerpiece planning guide covers the wider arrangement; this article is about specifying the baby's breath component accurately.
Keep branch tips, sales units and cartons separate
A single photographed branch can have many small offshoots. Those tips are not necessarily separately sold stems. Conversely, a catalogue photograph may show multiple stems for illustration. Ask FSARCAN to confirm what one quoted sales unit contains, how many units go into a pack and carton, and whether the pictured shape matches the selected variant after packing. The product pages explicitly leave order quantities, packaging and freight to the quotation.

Colour names also need care. FA-064 has a variant called White; FA-065 lists both White / Green Stem and White / Autumn Stem. These are not interchangeable specifications just because the blossoms appear white in a thumbnail. Record the exact product and variant code beside the approved sample photo. The sample approval checklist helps keep that record consistent.
Send a quote request that separates what is known from what is not
We are comparing FA-064 White and FA-065 White / Green Stem for an event arrangement. Our trial section needs to cover [measured area] and will be viewed from [angles/distance]. Please confirm current availability, what one sales unit contains, units per pack and carton, the colours and branch dimensions of the quoted variants, sample options and packing method. Our estimated requirement after sample approval is [quantity of complete units] to [country] by [date]. Please quote product, production and freight terms separately and tell us if either reference is unavailable.
Send your brief through the contact page, then use the email or WhatsApp option shown there to share reference photos; the web form does not accept attachments. The quote-request guide covers other details your supplier may need. FSARCAN confirms the order in a written quotation rather than through online checkout.
