We understand that seeing and touching a product is essential before committing to a wholesale purchase. That's why we offer a streamlined sample ordering program exclusively for verified B2B customers. Order samples of any SKU to evaluate quality, color accuracy, and material feel—then proceed with confidence on your full production order.

How to Order Samples

Register as a B2B Customer

Create a wholesale account on our store. Sample ordering is available exclusively to registered B2B customers. Once your account is verified, you'll gain access to wholesale pricing and sample ordering capabilities.

Browse & Select Samples

Visit our product catalog and select the items you'd like to sample. You can order up to 3 units per SKU and up to 10 different SKUs per sample order.

Place Your Sample Order

Add your selected samples to the cart and check out. Sample orders are shipped via international express (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) for fast delivery, typically arriving within 5–10 business days.

Evaluate & Place Bulk Order

Once you receive your samples, evaluate the quality and confirm your selections. When you place a bulk order meeting the MOQ, we'll refund the price difference between the sample price and the wholesale price.

Get Your Sample Rebate

After your bulk order ships, the sample price difference will be credited back to you. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing FSARCNA as your wholesale partner.

Sample Pricing & Rebate Policy

Sample Price

Sample prices are 1.5x to 2x the wholesale price per unit. This reflects the additional handling, packaging, and express shipping costs associated with small-quantity orders.

Rebate on Bulk Orders

When you place a bulk order that meets or exceeds the MOQ for the sampled SKU, we will refund the difference between the sample price and the wholesale price for the sample units you purchased. The rebate will be applied as a credit toward your bulk order or refunded via your original payment method.

Example: If a product's wholesale price is $5.00/unit and the sample price is $8.00/unit (1.6x), and you order 3 samples, you pay $24.00. When you place a bulk order of 100+ units at the wholesale price, we'll refund $9.00 ($3.00 difference × 3 samples) back to you.

Rebate Conditions

  • Bulk order must be placed within 60 days of the sample order date
  • Bulk order must meet the MOQ for each sampled SKU
  • Rebate applies only to the exact SKUs sampled (same product, same variant)
  • Maximum rebate is limited to the sample price difference for up to 3 units per SKU

Sample Shipping

All sample orders are shipped via international express courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) from our facility in Weifang, China. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after order confirmation and payment. Tracking numbers will be provided once your sample order ships.
