Artificial Wedding Centerpieces: Bulk Flower Planning Guide
FSARCAN Team ·

To plan artificial wedding centerpieces in bulk, make one table arrangement with the actual vase and flower references, photograph it from guest eye level, and count the complete products used. Multiply that approved recipe by the number of matching tables. Then quote each bouquet, stem or branch as its own selling unit. A guest count by itself cannot tell you how many flowers a centerpiece needs. FSARCAN's catalogue contains flowers and foliage for enquiries; the examples below are product references, not a ready-made centerpiece set.
Choose the table format before choosing flowers
The same rose can read very differently in a bud vase, a low compote or a raised display. Start with the venue layout and a photograph of the table, not a generic stem-count chart. Include the vessel and any support structure in the mockup.
| Table format | Check in the mockup | Buyer decision |
|---|---|---|
| Bud-vase group | Vase opening, number of vessels, spacing and sightlines across the table | Count products in the whole group, not in one vase alone. |
| Low centerpiece | Finished width and height with place settings, candles and serving pieces in position | Check whether guests can see over and around the finished shape. |
| Raised arrangement | Stable base, available height, sightline below the flowers and venue installation rules | Keep the support structure and flower quantities on separate planning lines. |
| Long-table grouping | Length of each repeated section, gaps for dining and whether flowers are viewed from both sides | Test a measured section before multiplying it along the table. |
Photograph the test arrangement from the seated guest position and from a standing camera angle. The result may look full in a close-up photograph but sparse across a long table, or it may block conversation once the place settings are added. Adjust the design before ordering every table's flowers.
Check what FSARCAN actually lists
These current catalogue references illustrate different purchase formats. Listed attributes were checked on 8 October 2026. Confirm the exact variant, quantity, unit and sample terms in your enquiry; an active product page does not prove immediate stock.
| Reference | Listed product | Mockup question |
|---|---|---|
| FA-023 | Seven-bloom antique-edge rose bouquet, listed length 43 cm, fabric finish label | Does one complete bouquet provide the right width after shaping? |
| FA-030 | Two-bloom peony, listed length 45 cm, fabric label | How does a complete stem fill the chosen vessel beside the roses? |
| FA-043 | Nine-bloom Phalaenopsis orchid branch, listed length 98 cm, PVC label | Would its full length and curve suit a raised design instead of a low table piece? |
The featured FA-023 photograph shows a catalogue bouquet laid on a table. It is not a photograph of a finished wedding centerpiece or a promise that FSARCAN sells the vase, support and assembled arrangement together. For flower-specific checks, see the rose buying guide and peony buying guide.

Turn one approved table into an order quantity
Suppose an event team builds one table mockup using one complete FA-023 bouquet and two complete FA-030 peony stems. If 18 guest tables will use that same design, the starting flower list is 18 FA-023 bouquet units and 36 FA-030 stem units. The seven blooms in FA-023 do not turn one bouquet into seven ordered bouquets. Ask FSARCAN to confirm how each reference is quoted and packed.
Keep the head table, entry display and any different table size on separate lines. Decide spare products from the actual handling plan, replacement options and budget; there is no useful spare percentage for every event. If several colors are required, split quantities by product reference and color rather than requesting one unqualified total.
Approve a repeatable sample, not just a color name
Keep a short specification sheet for the approved centerpiece: vessel dimensions, finished width and height, product references, colors, units per arrangement, photographs from each viewing side, and any foliage or fixing materials supplied by the event team. Check a sample under the venue's likely lighting beside the linen and tableware. Names such as white, ivory and blush are not enough to settle a close color match.
Inspect petal edges, joins, stem flexibility and the shape after unpacking. A product photo can help narrow options, but it cannot verify how the arrangement looks in the chosen vessel. Use the sample approval checklist to record what was actually accepted. Confirm sample availability, charges and timing for the specific request.
Ask whether flowers or completed arrangements will ship
These catalogue listings are individual flower products, not advertised ready-assembled centerpieces. If you need finished table pieces rather than loose bouquets and stems, describe the design and ask whether that service is feasible. Do not assume it is included in a flower-only quote.
For flowers shipped separately, discuss the inner pack and carton quantities, any compression during transport, and the time your team needs for shaping and assembly. For a fragile or tall design, confirm how the products will be protected and how they can be checked on arrival. Share the delivery destination and the date the flowers must be on site; freight, duties, taxes and responsibility for customs clearance belong in the written quote rather than in a generic guide.
Send a quote request that matches the mockup
We are planning 18 identical wedding table centerpieces. Our test arrangement uses one complete FA-023 bouquet and two complete FA-030 peony stems per table, so our starting list is 18 bouquet units and 36 peony stem units before any spares. Please confirm available colors, what each quoted unit includes, sample options, packing, production timing and freight terms for our destination and required date. We will send our vase dimensions and mockup photographs. If a listed reference is not suitable, please suggest the closest alternative and explain the difference.
The quote-request guide covers the rest of a product or similar-style enquiry. Use the FSARCAN contact page for project details; reference images should be attached by email or WhatsApp as instructed there, because the web form does not upload files. For the full event rather than table pieces alone, read the bulk wedding flower planning guide.
