Real-Touch Artificial Flowers: What Wholesale Buyers Should Check

FSARCAN Team ·

Cream-white artificial rose stem with leaves on a gray surface, FSARCAN reference FA-002

What does real-touch mean when you buy artificial flowers in bulk? On the FSARCAN products below, it is a listed finish. That label alone does not tell you the full material composition, how the flower will feel in your hand, or how it will look after packing and reshaping. Start with the exact product reference and its measurements. If the finish matters to your project, approve a physical sample before confirming the bulk specification.

Read the product specification, not just the finish label

These are current FSARCAN catalogue references checked on 8 October 2026. Their different flower types and dimensions make a like-for-like comparison impossible from a finish label alone. Each linked listing is a starting point for an enquiry, not a promise of current stock, sample availability or production timing.

Reference What the listing states Question for the buyer
FA-002 rose Real-touch finish; listed flower diameter 12 cm Is this head size right for the arrangement and viewing distance?
FA-003 rose Real-touch finish; listed length 42 cm and flower head 12 cm Does the full stem length work in the intended vessel or structure?
FA-047 cymbidium Real-touch finish; listed length 78 cm Does its shape suit the design, and what are the materials if composition matters?
FA-058 delphinium Real-touch finish; listed length 70 cm, flowering section 28 cm, 13 blooms Is the flowering section, rather than the total length, the right scale?

The FA-047 title includes the words “soft rubber,” while its details identify the finish as real-touch. Do not turn either phrase into an assumed chemical specification. Ask for the exact material details needed for your project's handling, care or compliance requirements.

Compare a sample in the setting where it will be used

Choose one reference and color before asking for a sample. Photograph the same piece in daylight and under the lighting planned for the venue or display. Look at the front, side and back: petal edges, visible joins, stem shape and the way the flower sits next to the other products in the arrangement. Touch the petals and leaves if handfeel is part of the purchase decision. Then compare the sample again after it has been packed, unpacked and reshaped as the supplier advises.

Record the product code, selected color, sample photos, lighting and any unacceptable differences. A product image can establish the general shape and color shown; it cannot prove the tactile result or the consistency of a future shipment. The sample approval checklist gives you a way to keep that decision tied to a specific reference.

Is real-touch automatically better than fabric?

No single finish label decides which flower fits every job. For example, FSARCAN's FA-030 peony is listed as fabric, with a 45 cm length and two blooms. It is a different flower format from the roses above. Compare its appearance, scale and handling in the intended arrangement rather than treating “fabric” as a failed version of “real-touch.”

FA-030 is a fabric peony reference, shown for a comparison of flower type and listed finish. A photograph cannot settle a tactile comparison.

If a buyer needs a particular feel, state that requirement explicitly. If the buyer needs a certain look at a set distance, compare photographed samples at that distance. If the arrangement must travel, include packing and reshaping in the approval. These are separate decisions; none can be inferred reliably from one marketing term.

Turn the comparison into a quote request

Send the reference codes, colors, quantities in the listed sales units, destination country and required arrival date. Include a photo or sketch of the intended arrangement and say whether head size, total length, flowering section, handfeel or material composition is the deciding factor. Ask which exact specifications are available now, how samples and bulk units are packed, and what production and freight terms would apply. Do not use the website's reference prices as a delivered-price promise; final terms are confirmed in a quotation.

We are comparing FA-002 in cream white and FA-003 in white for an event display. Please confirm the material composition of each, the current color specifications, what one quoted sales unit contains, and whether a sample can be supplied for approval. Our estimated requirement is [quantity of complete sales units] for delivery to [country] by [date]. We will send photos showing the required head size, viewing distance and lighting. Please quote packing, production and freight terms separately, and suggest a current alternative if either reference is unavailable.

The quotation guide covers the rest of the enquiry details. Send your requirements through the FSARCAN contact page. If you need to share reference photos, use the email or WhatsApp option listed there; the web form does not accept attachments. FSARCAN's process is enquiry and written quotation, not self-service checkout.
