Shipping Policy

FSARCNA ships all orders from our facility in Weifang, Shandong Province, China, to B2B customers worldwide. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, transit times, costs, and responsibilities. We work with trusted international carriers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

1. Shipping Methods

International Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS): The fastest shipping option, ideal for sample orders and small B2B orders. Door-to-door delivery with full tracking. Packages are typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Express shipping is the default method for sample orders.

Air Freight: A cost-effective option for medium-sized orders that need faster delivery than sea freight. Air freight is shipped to the destination airport, where you or your freight forwarder handle customs clearance and final delivery. Transit time is 7–15 days.

Rail Freight: Available for European destinations via the China-Europe Railway Express. Offers a good balance between cost and transit time. Door-to-door or station-to-station options available. Transit time is 15–25 days.

Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): The most economical option for large bulk orders. Full Container Load (FCL) is recommended for orders filling a 20-foot or 40-foot container. Less than Container Load (LCL) is available for smaller shipments. Sea freight transit time varies by destination port: 20–30 days to Southeast Asia, 25–35 days to North America, 30–40 days to Europe, and 20–30 days to the Middle East.

2. Incoterms (Trade Terms)

We offer the following Incoterms depending on your preference and order type:

• EXW (Ex Works): You arrange all shipping and customs from our factory in Weifang, China
• FOB (Free On Board): We deliver goods to the port of departure (Qingdao); you handle ocean freight and destination customs
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): We cover shipping to the destination port; you handle customs clearance and inland delivery
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle everything—shipping, customs clearance, duties, and delivery to your address. The most convenient option for B2B buyers

For first-time orders, we recommend DDP for a hassle-free experience. For established customers with their own freight forwarders, FOB or EXW may be more cost-effective.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, destination country, package weight, and dimensional volume. For sample orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. For bulk orders, shipping quotes are provided in your formal quotation. We do not mark up shipping costs—you pay the actual carrier rate.

Artificial flowers are lightweight but bulky, so shipping costs are often determined by volumetric weight rather than actual weight. We optimize packaging to minimize dimensional weight wherever possible.

4. Order Processing Time

• Stock products: Processed and shipped within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation
• OEM/ODM custom orders: 15–30 business days for production after sample approval and deposit payment
• Sample orders: Shipped within 3–5 business days after payment

Processing time does not include transit time. During peak seasons (e.g., pre-Valentine's Day, pre-Christmas), processing times may be longer. We will communicate any expected delays promptly.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply when shipping to your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless you select DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, in which case we handle all duties and taxes. We provide all necessary export documentation, including:

• Commercial invoice
• Packing list
• Bill of lading / Airway bill
• Certificate of origin (if required)
• Phytosanitary certificate (if required by destination country)

Please check with your local customs authority for information on applicable import duties and regulations for artificial flowers from China. Most artificial flower products carry low or zero duty rates in many countries, but this varies by destination.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number and carrier information via email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. 7. Shipping Insurance

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all orders, especially sea freight and high-value shipments. Insurance typically costs 0.3%–0.5% of the declared goods value and covers loss or damage during transit. We can arrange insurance on your behalf—please request it when placing your order.

8. Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us promptly:

• Delayed delivery: Contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf
• Lost package: We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund
• Damaged package: Take photos immediately and report within 7 days—see our Refund Policy
• Wrong address: Please verify your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

9. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to trade restrictions, carrier limitations, or customs regulations, we may be unable to ship to certain destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at fsarcna@163.com for alternative shipping arrangements.
