Refund & Return Policy

At FSARCNA, we are committed to delivering high-quality artificial flower products to our B2B wholesale partners. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and replacements are accepted for B2B orders. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Quick Summary: Defective or damaged items can be reported within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund. Non-defective returns are not accepted for B2B wholesale orders. Custom (OEM/ODM) orders are non-refundable once production begins.

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive products with manufacturing defects or that have been damaged during shipping, we will provide replacements or a refund. To qualify:

  • You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order
  • You must provide clear photos or videos of the defective/damaged items and packaging
  • The defect must be a manufacturing issue, not caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear
  • The report must be sent to chuntianxiaobaili@gmail.com with your order number

Upon verification, we will arrange free replacement items or issue a refund for the affected products. Replacement shipping costs are covered by FSARCNA.

2. Incorrect Products

If you receive products that do not match your order (wrong item, wrong color, wrong quantity), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange for the correct products to be shipped at no additional cost, or issue a full refund for the incorrect items. You may be asked to return the incorrect items at our expense.

3. Non-Defective Returns

Due to the nature of B2B wholesale transactions, we do not accept returns for non-defective reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or preference after order confirmation
  • Minor color variations between product images and actual items
  • Ordering errors (wrong quantity or product selected by customer)
  • Market changes or inability to resell products

We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing bulk orders to ensure the products meet your expectations.

4. Custom (OEM/ODM) Orders

All custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. Pre-production samples are provided for approval before mass production starts. By approving the pre-production sample, you accept that the final products will match the approved sample within normal manufacturing tolerances. Minor variations in color, size, or arrangement (within ±5%) are considered acceptable and do not constitute grounds for return.

5. Sample Orders

Sample orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, the price difference between sample price and wholesale price will be rebated when you place a qualifying bulk order within 60 days. See our Sample Order page for full rebate terms.

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, PayPal, credit card) or as store credit, at the customer's preference
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • Amount: Refunds cover the product value of affected items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the entire order is being refunded due to our error

7. Return Shipping

If a return is required (e.g., incorrect products received), return shipping costs are determined as follows:

  • FSARCNA error (wrong product, defective items): We cover all return shipping costs
  • Customer error: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; a restocking fee of 15% may apply

All returns must be shipped to our facility in Weifang, China. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

8. Shipping Insurance

For sea freight and large-value orders, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. We can arrange insurance on your behalf at competitive rates. Insurance covers loss or damage during transit and simplifies the claims process. Please request insurance coverage when placing your order.
