    Size acceptance, collection, surcharges, customs clearance and import charges must be confirmed for the chosen route.

    This tool does not book a shipment or collect freight. Final shipping terms are agreed in writing.

A few shipping questions.

Is freight included in the product price?

No. Product quotations use EXW terms unless a written quotation states otherwise. Freight and other charges are confirmed separately.

Does an estimate include duties or import taxes?

Do not assume it does. The written quotation must identify what is included and what the recipient may need to pay. Requirements depend on the destination and service.

Can I use this for preserved flowers?

Preserved flowers can have different shipping and import requirements. Please request manual confirmation with the product references and destination rather than relying on an ordinary-cargo estimate.

What if I do not know the final carton size?

Send your selected products and quantities through the packing-help link. A volume calculation cannot establish how many flowers fit safely in a carton.

Can I pay the carrier from this page?

Not here. This page prepares an enquiry and does not take payment, create a carrier order or alter the Shopify checkout.
