Help us confirm delivery and tax treatment before requesting payment. Tax numbers are reviewed by our team; entering a number does not automatically remove VAT.

UK deliveries: VAT treatment depends on consignment value, destination and a verified VAT number. If you have no VAT number, leave it blank; we will review the applicable treatment before sending a payment order.

Shipping, VAT, customs duties and clearance fees are not included in displayed sample prices unless expressly stated. Your written quotation will identify applicable charges and who is responsible for import clearance before payment.

After the quotation is agreed, we can arrange a payment order. WorldFirst payments require buyer registration. Contact us if you prefer PayPal.

Product references, preferred colours, estimated quantities and destination help us understand your brief. Include a required date or packing needs if you have them.

Can we discuss custom colours or designs?

Share your reference images, material preferences and estimated quantities. Feasibility, sampling and any minimum quantities need to be confirmed for your project.

How are shipping arrangements confirmed?

We confirm freight, VAT treatment, any duties and clearance responsibilities in writing before payment. Displayed prices do not imply tax-free delivery.
