Shipping by written quotation

This website currently accepts enquiries, not online orders or payments. Submitting a form does not create a confirmed order. Products, quantities, availability, packing, freight, applicable taxes, payment method and payment schedule must be confirmed in writing before payment. Existing confirmed orders retain their agreed terms.
Dispatch and destination
Sample boxes ship from Weifang, Shandong, China. Provide the country, city, state/province, postal code and delivery address when requested. Available routes and carriers are checked for each destination.
Freight and packing
Freight is not calculated automatically at website checkout. Sample box prices exclude shipping. We confirm charges after checking box quantities, actual packed dimensions, gross weight and destination. Any handling charges, insurance, duties, taxes and delivery responsibilities must be identified in the written quotation.
Timing and trade terms
Preparation time, shipping service and estimated transit time are confirmed in writing. No fixed delivery window is promised on this page. Trade terms, named destination or port, and included costs must be confirmed for the specific order.
8. Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us promptly:
- Delayed delivery: Contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf
- Lost package: We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund
- Damaged package: Take photos immediately and report within 7 days—see our Refund Policy
- Wrong address: Please verify your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Shipment support
Contact us with your order reference for dispatch and tracking information. The confirmed order and applicable refund policy continue to govern existing orders.
