These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FSARCAN website and the purchase of products from Shandong Chunhuajingmao International Trade Co., Ltd. ("FSARCAN," "we," "us," or "our"). 1. B2B Wholesale Account

FSARCAN operates as a B2B wholesale platform. By registering an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts
• You are purchasing products for business purposes, not for personal consumer use
• The business information you provide during registration is accurate and complete
• You authorize us to verify your business details before activating wholesale pricing

We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activity.

2. Orders and Pricing

This website currently accepts enquiries, not online orders or payments. Submitting a form does not create a confirmed order. Products, quantities, availability, packing, freight, applicable taxes, payment method and payment schedule must be confirmed in writing before payment. Existing confirmed orders retain their agreed terms.

Catalogue and product prices are references in the stated currency and unit. Confirm the current quotation, applicable taxes and freight for your selection. Minimum quantities and packing requirements are confirmed per item.

3. Payment Terms

No online payment is currently collected through this website. Payment currency, method, deposit, balance, due dates and any other payment conditions are specified in the written quotation and order confirmation accepted by both parties. No fixed deposit percentage or payment channel is promised by this page. Previously confirmed payment terms remain unchanged.

4. Production and Delivery

Production time: Availability, preparation and production schedules are confirmed in writing for the selected products and quantities.

Shipping: Dispatch is from Weifang, China. The available service, freight charges and estimated delivery schedule are confirmed in writing for the actual destination and packed shipment. Please provide accurate delivery details.

Title and Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when goods are handed to the carrier (for FOB/CIF terms) or upon delivery to the buyer's address (for DDP terms), as specified in the order confirmation.

5. Product Information and Accuracy

We strive to display product information, including images, dimensions, colors, and materials, as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and manufacturing variations, actual products may differ slightly from online representations. Product specifications may change without notice. We recommend ordering samples to evaluate products before placing bulk orders.

6. Customization (OEM/ODM)

For custom orders, the following conditions apply:

• Custom designs must be approved via pre-production samples before mass production begins
• Once production starts, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified
• The customer is responsible for ensuring that provided designs, logos, and branding do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• We retain the right to use product images of custom items in our marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement is signed
• Custom molds, printing plates, and tooling remain the property of FSARCAN unless otherwise agreed in writing

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including product images, descriptions, logos, designs, and text, is the property of FSARCAN or our licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. B2B customers may use product images for resale marketing purposes upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FSARCAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for business losses, lost profits, or damage to reputation resulting from product use.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, material shortages, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to minimize disruption and resume obligations as soon as practicable.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Site shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Weifang, Shandong, China, in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
